I'm a little red in the face today (sun burnt). Ken is calling me lobster, but Heeah calls me Rudolf. Normal working day and a relaxed evening. Wednesday, 30 November 2005Went to the movies with Heeah tonight. Saw an Australian film called Wolf Creek. It was very powerful (Powerful may be an understatement; it is being hailed as one of the scariest movies of all time. Even Quentin Tarantino has his own personal print - Ed).Thursday, 1 December 2005We went to the Indonesian restaurant in North Bridge, Sparrow. Friday, 2 Decemeber 2005Today Puay had her 25th birthday. Ken and I prepared homemade chocolate cake and gifts for her.Afterwards, we went to Joy Garden, a Chinese seafood restaurant. Fantastic meal, the best I have had in Australia. After a good dinner, we carried on to Geisha, a nightclub in Northbridge. Really good music. Sunday, 4 December 2005There was a Thai food festival in Perth today. Since Ken and Puay are both from Thailand, it was almost obligatory that we attend. Tried a lot of different things. A salad got me really sweating, was too much chilli for a Norwegian like me. |
