We can act as the client's representative on the construction site and act as the link between the client organisation and the contractors.

The goal is to ensure that the result meets the prerequisites agreed for the project. Our services are adapted to each project and the client's needs. 

The construction manager may, among other things, be responsible for:

• Develop administrative procedures in the construction case
• Managing finances and progress
• Control technical and craftsmanship
• Carry out takeover and final settlement with the contractors

Omega 365 Protek also undertakes assignments within administrative support functions and project follow-up on the client side, both in development projects and in operations and maintenance projects.
