Modification or introduction of new industrial systems requires careful planning to function as efficiently as possible. Our team contributes to placing necessary equipment and components in a strategic manner, as well as performing required calculations and connecting them with necessary piping systems for the desired functionality.

When the need for new systems arises, it often involves many components and functions that must work as intended. Correct placement of pipe equipment according to the suppliers' specifications, the customer's wishes and relevant standards are important to ensure a good system. At Omega 365 Protek AS, we have extensive experience in this area. 

We can contribute with concept development in studies, and detailed engineering of a complete facility. During our work, we coordinate our systems with existing facilities, other planned modifications and other disciplines using 3D scanning or models. In addition to 3D models of the system, we make the necessary calculations and produce drawings for construction, including isometric pipe drawings, arrangement drawings, etc.

We can also follow up construction, and with the help of our sister company we can also build and deliver a finished system ready for use.

We mainly use the following software in our work: Aveva E3D, Autodesk Plant 3D, Autodesk Inventor, Bentley Microstation, Autodesk Navisworks, Caesar II, PV Elite and Visual Vessel Design
